Bahat winery

Bahat is a boutique winery established 13 years ago in Kibbutz Ein Zivan. The winery produces a variety of kosher wines.

The Visitors’ Center offers tours and tastings, and a gift shop with a wide selection of cheeses, wines, equipment relating to wine, liquors and delicacies from the Golan Heights and the vicinity.

During the summer and school holidays, the center offers enjoyable activities for children (without alcohol). During the grape harvest season, we recommend visiting the vineyards near the winery, in the Quneitra Valley.

The Visitors’ Center also provides information and recommendations for trips in the area, as well as picnic baskets and, of course, a bottle of good Bahat wine.

Bahat Winery is a good venue for different events, such as a wine-and-cheese tasting event, including a tour and an explanation of the wine-making process.

Activities for the whole family at Bahat Winery – Workshops for children

Bahat Winery offers an exciting wine workshop for children (alcohol-free, of course), in which they can experience the bottling process and take home a sample of the finished wine. Every child receives a personal bottle of wine with a label that they designed themselves.

The children’s activity includes:

• A guided tour, with the parents, of the winery, in which they will learn about the wine-making process.
• Grape-juice tasting
• Bottling – the children will fill and cork their own bottle
• Drawing a personal label and attaching it to the bottle
• Every child gets a personal bottle to take home

The workshop is for children from age 3 and up.
