Assaf Winery – Kedem Wine Village

On Highway 91 in the central Golan Heights, the Kedem family established Kedem Wine Village, an agritourism complex with the Assaf Winery at its heart.

In the village, you will find the winery, the barrel aging room, wine-tasting room, four charmingly rustic guest cabins, and a restaurant (AdiKa Café) where the wines are complemented by fine cuisine.

Kedem Wine Village is a family affair, with family members involved in every aspect from day one, continuing to develop and build its various ventures.

Visits should be booked in advance via the Kedem Wine Village website.
