Gillis- it’s all about the meat

Yossi and Reuven Gillis are experts in cattle breeding and quality meat.

The Gillis family invites you to visit the Gillis Butcher Shop, where we offer a selection of fresh prime quality meat. Meat deliveries from the butcher shop in the Golan Heights are available throughout the country every week.

At Gillis Farm, you will be able to taste and enjoy a selection of meat dishes and attend our visitors’ center for groups and private customers, a garden and animal yard, in addition to various tours, meals and informative meat workshops. A meat cooking school was established at the Gillis Farm to allow the visitors to learn about various aspects of meat cuisine.

On Thursdays it becomes a Steak House- a cordial service experience for groups and private customers, hosted by the Gillis family. Make sure to reserve a place.

We make sure to maintain our values in all areas of activity: cattle breeding in the grazing areas of the Golan Heights, our butchery in Moshav Nov, in which we cut the meat and make quality beef products for customers, as well as hosting customers for pampering and delicious meals, and conducting workshops.
