Rak Hummus is a unique eatery that was established in 2014 in the Katzrin industrial area. It specializes in…you guessed it…hummus! But not only… Aside from their distinctive hummus-based dishes, they also excel in tasty falafel, their flagship Sabih serving, their Malabi rose-water dessert (referred to by some as “addictive”), and their legendary Crème Brulee.
